Restoration Projects
Maintaining an historic Civil War era sanctuary and our school building is an ongoing labor of love. Zion Lutheran Church is engaged in multiple projects to help to restore various aspects of the facility. Listed below are the projects currently underway and their status. The church restoration project began prior to the 175th anniversary service.

Churches Stained Glass Windows
$6,300 per Window
This is an ongoing project where we do one set of windows at a time as funds are raised.
Gingerbread & Gutters
Repair or replace the exterior ornamental trim (soffit & fascia) around the church roof and bell tower. Repair church front doors.
Classroom and stage new flooring
We have three classrooms and the stage remaing.

Contributions can also be made by using the special “Restoration Project” envelopes available in church. Please mark which project you would like your contribution to support (Roof, Stained Glass, Entry Way or Gingerbread).
